  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon and sea salt

Steps

  1. Layer olive oil and lemon dressing at the base of jars.
  2. Add quinoa and cucumber.
  3. Finish with spinach and blueberries.
  4. Shake before serving.
