Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, coconut oil, honey, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in whole wheat flour and baking soda until just combined. Fold in walnuts.
  4. Pour into the pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
