Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Steps

  1. Add coconut milk, mango, banana, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
