- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and black pepper
Steps
- Mix yogurt, turmeric, cumin, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a marinade.
- Coat chicken thighs thoroughly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).
- Arrange on a baking sheet with lemon slices and roast at 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving with roasted vegetables or brown rice.
