Berry Overnight Oats

No-cook oats soaked overnight with mixed berries, chia seeds, and almond milk for a grab-and-go anti-inflammatory breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Steps

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a jar. Stir well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
  3. In the morning, top with mixed berries and walnuts.
  4. Drizzle with honey and serve cold or at room temperature.
