Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen edamame in pods
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Water for steaming

Steps

  1. Steam edamame for 5 minutes until bright green and tender.
  2. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl.
  3. Toss with sea salt, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve warm.
