Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen tart cherries
  • 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Add oat milk and chopped beet to a blender. Blend on high to break down the beet.
  2. Add tart cherries, banana, almond butter, chia seeds, and vanilla.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 90 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
