Broccoli Spinach Detox Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pot. Saute garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and broth. Simmer 12 to 15 minutes until broccoli is very tender.
- Add spinach and cook 2 minutes until wilted. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Serve warm.
