Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Steps

  1. Add almond milk and spinach to a blender. Blend briefly to break down the greens.
  2. Add blueberries, strawberries, banana, flaxseed, and almond butter.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
