Baked Cinnamon Apples
Tender baked apple halves with cinnamon, walnuts, and a touch of honey. A warm, naturally sweet dessert.

Ingredients
- 4 medium apples, halved and cored
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place apple halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Mix walnuts, oats, cinnamon, honey, and coconut oil. Spoon into apple centers.
- Add 1/4 cup water to the bottom of the dish.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes until apples are soft. Serve warm with a dollop of yogurt if desired.
