  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Toss almonds with olive oil, turmeric, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fragrant and golden.
  4. Let cool completely on the pan. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
