Salmon Avocado Wrap

Whole wheat wrap filled with flaked salmon, avocado, spinach, and a lemon-herb yogurt sauce.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Dill and black pepper

Steps

  1. Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, dill, and pepper to create a sauce.
  2. Warm tortillas briefly in a dry skillet.
  3. Spread sauce on each tortilla, then layer spinach, salmon, and avocado.
  4. Roll tightly, cut in half diagonally, and serve.
