Ingredients

  • 2 wild salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 lemon, half sliced and half juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and fresh dill

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the pan. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and lemon juice. Top with lemon slices.
  3. Roast for 15 to 18 minutes until salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender-crisp.
  4. Garnish with fresh dill and serve directly from the pan.
