One-Pan Lemon Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 2 wild salmon fillets
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 lemon, half sliced and half juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and fresh dill
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- Place salmon fillets on the pan. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and lemon juice. Top with lemon slices.
- Roast for 15 to 18 minutes until salmon flakes easily and asparagus is tender-crisp.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve directly from the pan.
