Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Steps
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
- Add 2 to 3 tbsp water to reach desired consistency. Season with salt and cumin.
- Transfer hummus to a shallow bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil.
- Arrange vegetables around the bowl and serve.
