Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Silky chocolate mousse made with ripe avocado, dark cocoa powder, and maple syrup. No dairy needed.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Steps

  1. Blend avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Divide among four ramekins or small bowls.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with fresh berries before serving.
