Coconut Turmeric Panna Cotta
Golden-hued panna cotta made with coconut cream, turmeric, ginger, and a berry compote.

Ingredients
- 1 can full-fat coconut cream
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 tsp gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup mixed berries for compote
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Steps
- Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tbsp cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
- Warm coconut cream with turmeric, ginger, honey, and vanilla over low heat. Do not boil.
- Stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Pour into 4 ramekins and refrigerate 4 hours.
- Gently warm berries with lemon juice to make a compote. Spoon over set panna cotta and serve.
