Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp granola (low sugar)
  • 1 tsp honey

Steps

  1. Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and vanilla. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Spoon a layer of chia pudding into two glasses.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries, then another layer of pudding.
  4. Top with remaining berries, granola, and a drizzle of honey.
