Ingredients

  • 2 slices sprouted grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 oz wild smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh dill and black pepper
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. Toast the sprouted grain bread until golden.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread on toast.
  3. Layer smoked salmon over the avocado and top with capers and dill.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
